Washington D.C.,... again...

Yes, again last week, I had the opportunity to visit our Nation's capitol city. It was a very short trip- only slightly more than 24 hours, but I was able to cram in a lot of the sites! I spent a lot of time at the National Gallery, the Air and Space Museum, and the Native American Museum (a relatively new venue).
Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate with me, and I spent most of Thursday with wet socks. Oh well, even with cold feet, I love visiting the spectacular sites that DC has to offer.

The DOJ Building. "The place of Justice is a Hallowed Place."

A sculpture of a ballerina by one of my favorite impressionist artists-
Edgar Degas.

One of the first airplanes to fly during WWI.

The Native American Museum.

A mural from the Native American Museum depicting the story of the Creation.
