We were lucky to be able to get there early enough to attend the rehearsal dinner, hosted by Corey & Michelle. Among the tasty items on the menu were shrimp & grits- a signature Southern dish, followed by pecan pie. Delicious!
For the ceremony on Sunday, Corey & Michelle chose a Celtic theme. It was beautiful (as was Michelle in both her dresses). I especially liked the tying of the knot around the clasped hands- an old Celtic tradition of marriage. Another so cute part of their ceremony was when asked if they would anger each other in marriage, they both replied "I may!" -Of course, the minister clarified that was not their intent!
After the cocktail hour, we all sat down for dinner in the Old Well Ballroom (pictured below). For the rest of the evening, we got our groove on!

We are so excited for Corey & Michelle. We had a wonderful stay with them, and were so happy to be a part of their wedding celebration. Lots of love and best wishes for a long and prosperous life together.
